A Scholar Green pub is having a new beer garden built for customers to enjoy the summer months.

Landscaping work is currently taking place at The Bleeding Wolf in Congleton Road North.

A post on the pub's Social Media said: "Normality is nearly here. The builders cabins have gone and the garden has been cleared ready for the landscapers to start work.

"They will be laying turf over our lovely beer garden area and putting the lights back up with the hope that after four - six weeks it will be ready to use again

"We thank you all for your continued patience over this time, as we work hard to improve your pub ready for summer."
