Requirements of a Care Assistant:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of marketing materials such as website graphics/ banners for all brands, social assets, campaign creatives, email assets, infographics, print work, product packaging assisting with email builds etc.
- Create engaging designs, following brand and current industry best practice guidelines.
- Interpreting briefs & requests accurately and creatively.
- Responsible for the timely production and delivery of design assets.
- Developing and executing creative ideas for various platforms while ensuring all brand assets adhere to guidelines and align with marketing and project objectives. Undertake any other ad-hoc design, as required, to support the wider business.
- Assist with email builds as required.
About the Role
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graphic designer to join our dynamic marketing team. Essential Skills
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
- A degree in Graphic Design or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a creative graphic design role, preferably within retail or ecommerce.
- Organised, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign). After Effects and Dreamweaver are a bonus. (You will be asked to demonstrate your design skills as part of the interview process).
- The ability to rapidly and precisely respond to briefs. Many of the design tasks require a fast turnaround and all must be delivered to a high standard.
- Happy to learn to use HTML and CSS, although previous experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to research, use initiative and meet deadlines.
- You should have a portfolio which demonstrates a variety of digital and print design work.
