Duties and Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing materials such as website graphics/ banners for all brands, social assets, campaign creatives, email assets, infographics, print work, product packaging assisting with email builds etc.
• Create engaging designs, following brand and current industry best practice guidelines.
• Interpreting briefs & requests accurately and creatively.
• Responsible for the timely production and delivery of design assets.

About the Role

Essential Skills

Skills Required

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
• A degree in Graphic Design or similar is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a creative graphic design role, preferably within retail or ecommerce.
• Organised, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign). After Effects and Dreamweaver are a bonus. (You will be asked to demonstrate your design skills as part of the interview process).
• The ability to rapidly and precisely respond to briefs. Many of the design tasks require a fast turnaround and all must be delivered to a high standard.
• Happy to learn to use HTML and CSS, although previous experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to research, use initiative and meet deadlines.
• You should have a portfolio which demonstrates a variety of digital and print design work.
