Cyclists from Alsager Round Table are gearing up for a charity bike ride to raise money for the orgnisations and groups they support in the town.

Every year, Alsager Round Table holds various events to raise funds to donate to groups and organisations in Alsager, including the annual bonfire night and the Santa sleigh ride.

This year they are trying something different - a cycle ride from Alsager to Llandudno in Wales in a bid to raise more money than ever.

On the 5th April 2025 some of the round table team will attempt to cycle from Alsager to Llandudno.

"This is the first time we have tried something like this and we are excited to tackle the opportunity head on," said an Alsager Round Table spokesperson.

"We hope to raise as much as we can for the local Alsager community and charities."

Alsager Round Table hopes to raise £750 from the event and has step up a JustGiving page here which has already raised £560.
