Alsager restaurant unlocks the door on a new chapter in its history

A high-end restaurant in Alsager which temporarily closed while a veranda at the front was removed is due to reopen today (Thursday).
The Vault, built in the former Barclay's Bank in Crewe Road, temporarily closed at the beginning of April while remedial work was carried out at the front.

But now the popular eaterie is relaunching with a new menu and a newly appointed head chef.

The Vault say new head chef, Dimmy Pon, has recently re-located from Hong Kong and has been working closely with executive chef, Brad Lancaster on a new menu.
Brad Lancaster said: We are extremely excited to re-launch The Vault. Our doors will be back open from 5pm with a brand new set of menus and new team.

You can find all of our updated menus online with prices including our set menu which is listed below, Sunday lunch, a la carte, desserts, our extensive new cocktails and new children's menu.
