Vision boarding with a difference

Look back on 2026, choose a word for 2027, and create a vision board to bring everything to life, with dedicated journalling prompts.

Before the new year arrives, take some time to look back and choose what comes next.

We'll start by looking at 2026.

• What did you enjoy?
• What do you want to carry forward?
• And if this year had a word, what would it be?

Next, you'll use the eight dimensions of wellness to check in with your whole life, including your body, relationships, work, home and sense of purpose. You'll notice which areas you want to grow in 2027 and choose a word to guide you.

Then it's time to get stuck in and create. With magazines, scissors, glue, ribbons, beads and stickers, you'll build a vision board around your word and the areas of life that matter most to you. Guided journalling prompts will support you as you go.

We'll finish by writing a personal affirmation to add to your board, so you leave with something to put on your wall and see every day.

No art or writing experience required.
