Rode Heath's yarn bombers aren't the only ones clicking away with their crochet needles it would seem.

For a stunning post box topper is adorning the post box outside Alsager Post Office in Lawton Road, this time done by the 'market makers'.

Reader Angela Upton says the ladies responsible for this are Sharon Mainwaring, Alison Gibmam and Rebecca and Kathleen Macbride.

Their design features a garden gnome, flowers, hearts and a cacti plant and is a colorful design.

Meanwhile, Alsager Nub News told here  how Mimi Smissen from Millers Wharf and fellow crocheter, Sylvia Totman, from Sandbach Road, made a stunning post box topper for the Coronation and then one for autumn.

Their recent one features a pair of swans as we revealed here

What's your favourite post box topper design and why?
