Friday, December 13th
Fancy some live music? Sheena Shine is playing at Bod Alsager from 7.30 pm.
Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road is open. They have a book on almost every subject and some of them are new, especially cookery books - perfect for Christmas presents! It's open Friday 10 am–2 pm and Saturdays 10 am–2 pm.
Saturday, December 14th
Alsager Animals in Need has its monthly coffee morning at Alsager Civic from 9.30 am until 11.30 am. Entry is 50 p. There will be a good range of items from clothing to books, jewellery and bric-a-brac. Donations, cat food and volunteers are always welcome. More details on their website here
In the evening, Alsager Civic has the second of its party nights - a great chance to bop the night away and get into the festive spirit! Tickets sadly are sold out but other events are available in their festive line-up here at Alsager Civic here
Meanwhile it's Christmas party time at The Mere Inn. Kick off the season in style. Homemade mulled wine spiked with port and brandy, winter spiced rums and a seasonal gin list plus live music from The Mere's favourites 'Malpractice'. The official start to the festive season!
