Fancy having a dance and raising some money for a good cause? Diva Dance has a Macmillan fundraiser. Like most people, people have been affected by cancer within their families but more recently it impacted our dance community directly, with the loss of two of their former Divas this year.

This is their third fundraiser for Macmillan and they are hoping it will be bigger and better than ever! In 2019 they raised £888 and in 2023 they raised just under £3000.

Many of the Queen Squad have felt the impact of cancer in their lives. This is a way to raise vital funds and awareness for the invaluable service that Macmillan Cancer Support offers.

There will be tea/coffee, cakes, a star baker competition, a raffle, games and other activities to enjoy with two special dance performances during the afternoon.

Sunday, 4 October

Have some clutter to clear out? Alsager Civic has an indoor car boot sale from 9 am until 12 noon. Is your living room full to toys? Your wardrobe bursting at the seams?! Why not have a sort out and book a table at the indoor car boot?

You won't have to brace the freezing cold or an early start! Or just come along and grab yourself a bargain. The cafe will be open too. The event runs from 9am to 12pm with access for stallholders from 8am.

Stalls are £10 Call 01270 879711.
