Thursday, 24 September

The Linley Tavern has its weekly quiz night at 8pm. £1 to play!

The Lawton Arms in Church Lawton has its Thursday poker night from 8 pm until 11 pm. All welcome!

Alsager Jazz Club is at the Thirteen club with its weekly session. This week sees the return of saxophonist, clarinettist and composer, Chris Gumbley.

With a sound rooted firmly within the bebop tradition, Chris' playing is comparable to early Phil Woods, Cannonball Adderley and Sonny Stitt.

It's on from 8pm until 10 pm and is £10 on the door.

Friday, 25 September

Twyford House Care Home in Richard Woodcock Way has a Macmillan Coffee Morning from 11 am in the bistro.

Saturday, 26 September

Winter's coming and it's time to think of our well-being. There's a health and well-being event at Alsager Civic featuring 35 stalls and activities for all ages from 10 am until 12.30 pm.

Are you a Cliff Richard fan? Get yourself along to the Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue where there's a Cliff Richard tribute act.
