Thursday, 17 September

The Confidence Club is at Home Studio in Lawton Road - a morning to help you feel more confident showing up online and in your business. More details here.

Taking place on Thursday 17 September, the Ti7 will be revealed to guests across two sessions – morning or afternoon – giving local drivers and families the chance to get up close to BYD's latest seven-seat SUV. More details here

The Linley Tavern has its weekly quiz night at 8pm. £1 to play!

The Lawton Arms in Church Lawton has its Thursday poker night from 8 pm until 11 pm. All welcome!

Alsager Jazz Club is at the Thirteen club with its weekly session. This week's features ward-winning saxophonist Kyran Matthews.

With a shape-shifting career that has seen him perform across four continents with everything from symphony orchestras to screamo bands, folk ensembles to jazz orchestras, Kyran's playing always comes with a trademark ferocity and commitment.

Kyran's jazz playing has seen him perform at festivals and clubs across Western Europe and South Africa as both a sideman and a leader. He has also performed with such prestigious groups as NYJO and Beats 'n' Pieces.

It's on from 8pm until 10 pm and is £10 on the door.

Life Between the trails, a local project based in Alsager that explores the connection between nature and wellbeing has a session as revealed here

Here's some background to the wellbeing sessions designed to provide a gentle, accessible space for people to slow down and spend time outdoors and improve wellbeing.
