Life Between the trails local project based in Alsager that explores the connection between nature and wellbeing.
I run small nature-based wellbeing sessions designed to provide a gentle, accessible space for people to slow down and spend time outdoors and improve wellbeing.
Research shows that spending time in nature can help reduce stress and support mental wellbeing, and these sessions offer a simple way for people to experience that in a supportive setting.
The sessions are:
• Calm and low-pressure
• Focused on sitting in nature with invitation to guided nature based prompts to support noticing the environment and grounding
• Optional short, slow walks
• Suitable for adults, carers, and anyone who may benefit from taking some time out to support their wellbeing
•Non-clinical and not therapy-based
Places are limited to keep the groups small and manageable.
Booking is available via
Dates are released regularly.
Held every 2 weeks on Thursdays with additional monthly weekend sessions.
I would love to see you there.
