Requirements of a Care Assistant:
· Be available for shifts of 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, and every other weekend.

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our central Head Office Marketing team where we support our full dealership network and our head office functions.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence; improving our organic visibility, creating engaging and converting website content, as well as implementing paid campaigns that focus on generating enquiries across the business.
More about the role:
Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across our websites, including optimising content and conducting keyword research to increase organic traffic
Support with managing and maintaining 2 websites; uploading new content, updating products, creating new pages and editing existing content
Liaison with our agency partners to implement technical website changes and improve online experience for our customers
Analysis of website traffic and engagement to propose future improvements
Use tools such as Canva and Photoshop to produce compelling digital assets for websites and online advertising campaigns
More about you:
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practises, including SEO

Role Overview:
As an English Teacher at Simply Education, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in both English Language and Literature across multiple key stages.
You will work with small class sizes, typically around eight students, each with an individual healthcare plan outlining their specific needs and current learning levels.
A dedicated teaching assistant will support you in creating a positive and effective learning environment.
Teaching in a specialist provision requires a highly adaptable and compassionate approach. You will tailor your lessons to meet the individual needs of students who may have complex learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or emotional and behavioural challenges.
To ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively, you will employ a variety of teaching strategies, including sensory-based learning and differentiated instruction.
Additionally, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, SEN coordinators, and support staff, to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
Beyond academic instruction, your role will focus on fostering emotional resilience, communication skills, and self-confidence in students who may have previously struggled in mainstream education settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in English Language and Literature, adapting content to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Establish and maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment with clear behavioural expectations.
- Inspire a 'can-do' attitude among students, encouraging them to develop confidence and independence in their learning.
- Design dynamic and creative lessons that promote active participation, critical thinking, and a love for English.
- Implement alternative teaching strategies to support students with additional learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff members to support student development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching English Language and Literature.
- Experience working within SEN or SEMH settings is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for working with students with special educational needs and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
