Calling all new mums! Come along to my Postnatal Restore class to help you build your core stability and overall strength after having a baby. We focus on core engagement but also use full body resistance moves so you work your whole body safely, be prepared for some burn! I use bodyweight, resistance bands and small equipment such as pilates balls and small weights.  This is a small group class of only 3-5 mums so places are limited. Bring your baby along.

Classes are at 102 Crewe Road, Alsager, ST7 2JA. The main entrance is at the rear of the building.
