Area Manager

* Conduct quality audit inspections in line with customer needs and specifications.

* Work with customers to produce action plans and ensure all proposals are actioned within agreed timescales.

* Ensure company systems are utilised and updated and all existing / new employees are enrolled and using systems correctly.

* Monitor and adapt staffing levels for responsible areas and continuously review training and documentation needs.

* Provide training and coaching where required.

* Check PAT testing, Health and Safety, uniform, contracts, and contact levels.

Paint Sprayer

Meridian Business Support are recruiting a Paint Sprayer to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Alsager

The role will be working Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (approx) with an early finish on Fridays and attracts an hourly rate of £11.50.

Pay rate is based on the level of experience.  

The duties include working in the Paint Spraying area and the successful candidate must have previous experience in this line of work. They will have experience in either paint spraying, powder coating and/or wet spraying.

Career Starter Apprentice

As a Career Starter Apprentice with Aldi in Kidsgrove, you'll never be bored. Balancing theory with practical store work, you'll be expected to work hard on this one-year programme. The role attracts a salary of £7.74 an hour.

There's a real family feel here and we all pitch in as part of a close-knit team. And since there's always loads of support from those around you, ranging from Store Managers to Store Assistants, you'll never feel like you're struggling.

In this fast paced environment you'll get to learn something new every day in a company that thrives on being different.
