It's a fun weekend ahead, with a Christmas shopping evening, coffee morning, live music, Remembrance parade and a festive family event.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days: 

Friday, November 11th 

A Christmas shopping evening takes place at Alsager Civic from 5.30 pm until 8.45 pm. Stalls from local artisans, crafters and small businesses. Free Admission and the bar will be open.

Saturday, November 12th 

Alsager Animals in Need, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this month, has a special coffee morning at Alsager Civic from 9.30 am until 11.30 am. All are welcome.

Fancy meeting new people and helping your community? Alsager Clean Team is litter picking from 10 am until 11.30 am. Meet at the Community Support Centre at 10am. Refreshments will be provided afterwards. Equipment is provided but you can bring your own if you want to.  

Alsager Town Football Club aka The Bullets are away to Rocester with a 3 pm kick-off.

The Wilbraham Arms has a weekend of live music starting with The Lost Boys from 8.30pm. Not to be missed! 

Sunday, November 13th

The wreath laying ceremony for the Remembrance Parade takes place at the memorial in Sandbach Road South, starting at approximately 2.40pm. Alsager Community Church has a 'Café Church Festivity' event from 4.30 pm until 6 pm. There will be Christmas crafting, seasonal singing and food. You need to scan the QR code on the poster below to book your ticket.  

At The Wilbraham Arms, Jon Stevens is performing from 4pm until 6pm.

Alsager Bridge Club will be meeting at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue from 6.30 pm until 10 pm. 

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere.
