It's a busy bonfire weekend ahead with lots of sparkling things going on!

We have gone through and picked out a few but if we've missed anything please let us know!

Friday, November 3rd 

Fancy a good book to curl up with? Have you been to Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road?

Saturday, November 4th

Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road is open again from 10 am until 2 pm.

At Alsager Civic, there's the One World Event from 9.30 am until 1 pm with tastes of cuisine from around the world. Celebrate culture with national representatives from Chile, China, Greece, Germany, India, Ireland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Philippines, Scotland, State of Israel, Sweden and Vietnam. Don't miss this!

It's Rode Hall Farmers Market's autumn market at Scholar Green from 9am until 1.30pm full of seasonal fayre. The craft barn and courtyard barn will be brimming with ideas for Christmas gifts and live music from The WorkShy Fops. The courtyard kitchen will be open selling breakfast baps, homemade cakes and lunches.

Alsager Town Football Club aka The Bullets play Abbey Hulton United at Wood Park, a NWCFL First Division South clash with a 3pm kick-off.

The Mere Inn in Crewe Road has another great evening of music with Conscious Mind live from 8.30 pm until 10.30 pm.

It's Alsager's charity bonfire and firework display as we revealed here . Organised by Alsager Round Table it takes place outside at The Plough Inn in Crewe Road from 4.30pm until 9pm. Here's the link to buy the tickets here

Sunday, November 5th 

Alsager Friends of The Christie Hospital have a craft fair and table top sale at Alsager Social Club ( formerly known as the Radway Green Club) in Longview Avenue as featured here The event runs from 11am - 2pm. Entry is free and refreshments will be available.

Alsager Bridge Club will be meeting at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue from 6.30 pm until 10 pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere – check this is still on this weekend.
