What's On in Alsager: A cracking weekend with a boot camp, a comedy club, live music and an Easter egg trail

It's Easter weekend and there's lots going on in Alsager – two weekly boot camps, an Easter egg trail and live music galore.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

Good Friday - April 15th

Radway Green Sports & Social Club has singer Charlotte performing in the members' bar at 8.30pm.

Ey Up Duck has the Comedy Club with Mick Ferry, Steve Harris and Tony Vino.

At Rhema Church in Rode Heath, there's a Good Friday Communion Service at 11 am.

Saturday, April 16th

Feeling a bit jaded and wanting to get fit? Wild Bootcamp in The Woods is a great way to get moving in the outdoors.

The Whirligig Wild Boot camp takes in School Wood, Scholar Green is a circuit-style fitness group for those who want to exercise in fresh air with a friendly group.

At Alsager Civic, the Olive and Stitch Market is on from 9.30 am - 1 pm.

In Rode Heath, the annual Easter Trail runs until April 16th.

Collect your trail sheet from the box on the front gates at Rode Heath Chapel on Chapel Lane, and follow the trail collecting the clues!

On Saturday, Rhema Church in Rode Heath has an Easter Family Fun Day from 2pm - 4 pm with crafts, games and face painting.

Meanwhile 'The Cake Lady' is bringing her homemade cakes for a Pop Up Tea Room upstairs at Two Doors Studio every 3rd Saturday of the month.   

Saturday night there's a soul night at Alsager Social Club starting at 7.30 pm. Tickets cost £5.

At the Thirteen Club Paul Sutton and his tribute play the songs and music of Boy George. Tickets cost £8 for members and £10 for guests.

At Ey up Duck, there's an Adele tribute from 8 pm – 10.30 pm.

Sunday, April 10th

At Rhema Church in Rode Heath, there's an Easter celebration at 11 am followed by refreshments.

Alsager Bridge Club is at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue, meeting from 6.30pm until 10pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere.

Meanwhile Ey Up Duck has Jon Stevens Music from 3pm - 5 pm.
