It's an egg-citing weekend with lots going on in Alsager – two weekly boot camps, an Easter egg trail, live music galore and Bridge.

here.and press the black 'Nub It' button to get started. Here are our top event picks for the coming days: Friday April 8th You've heard of boot camps for adults well now there's one for puppies! Wilderness Walks have a puppy and beginner boot camp at Scholar Green village hall at 6.30pm. Learn basic obedience and lead work over a six week course. It is open to all breeds and ages. Ey Up Duck has Tapas on this weekend plus live music. Daniel Toft is playing tonight at 8 -10pm. Saturday April 9th Feeling a bit jaded and wanting to get fit? Wild Bootcamp in The Woods is a great way to get moving in the outdoors. The Whirligig Wild Boot camp takes in School Wood, Scholar Green is a circuit-style fitness group for those who want to exercise in fresh air with a friendly group. The boot camp was featured recently by Alsager Nub News here.

Alsager Animals in Need has their monthly coffee morning at Alsager Civic 9.30 am 11.30 am.

In Rode Heath, the annual Easter Trail begins today and runs until April 16th.

Collect your trail sheet from the box on the front gates at Rode Heath Chapel on Chapel Lane, and follow the trail collecting the clues!

Return your answers to the letter box outside the Chapel to be in with a chance of winning an egg-citing prize.

In the evening, Ey Up Duck has the John Lennon experience Tribute show starting at 8pm with food served from 5pm ( you have to book a table in advance If you want food before the show ) £15 per ticket purchase at www.eyupduckalsager.com for a great night of John Lennon and Beatles hits.

Sunday April 10th

Planning a party or a wedding? Alsager Civic has a wedding and party open day from 2pm until 4pm.

Alsager Bridge Club is at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue, meeting from 6.30pm until 10pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere.

Meanwhile Ey Up Duck has Kloe Louise from 3pm - 5pm.
