Love is in the air in Alsager this weekend in the run-up to Valentine's Day with a special dinner dance.

Elsewhere there's lots going on including and elsewhere including a tribute act, live football and bridge.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days: Friday February 11th The Manor House Hotel in Alsager has a Valentine's dinner dance with a three course meal and a DJ to dance the night away. Tickets cost £39 per person an a pre-order is required. There's also a Bed and Breakfast deal which is a further £95. Saturday February 5th Alsager Town Football Club are at home to Wythenshawe FC with a 3pm kick-off. The club recently appointed its third first team manager as reported in Alsager Nub News

In the evening, the Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue has a Michael Jackson Tribute night. Tickets cost £10 for members and £12.50 for guests.

Sunday February 13th

Again at the Thirteen Club, Alsager Bridge Club meet from 6.30pm until 10pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere.
