The Royal Oak pub in Rode Heath has announced the names of its top team ahead of its reopening in April.
"Our new landlady, Kayley, was born and bred in the hospitality industry and began her journey pot-washing at The Brownlow Inn, and has never looked back," said The Royal Oak on Social Media.
"She has recently returned from Australia, where she worked and travelled, gaining a new insight and knowledge while working in cafés, hotels, and fine-dining restaurants."
Meanwhile the Head Chef, Jake, has managed kitchens in venues across Staffordshire and Cheshire and has a collection of signature dishes ready for the new Royal Oak menu.
"Kayley and Jake are excited to welcome you back to The Royal Oak in April 2026, with the exact date to be advised closer to the time. We look forward to seeing you soon."
The Brownlow Inn in Brownlow Heath near Sandbach announced last April that it had bought the pub, which had been on the market for a while as we revealed here
A Facebook page was set up for the Royal Oak last year here and a new logo for the pub unveiled.
