Stephenson Browne, Alsager's award-winning independent estate agency, has a new face at the helm.

Sam Bowyer has taken over as branch manager at the market leading agents, bringing with him a wealth of experience.

The 27-year-old has worked in the property industry all his working life, more recently working on a regional basis in new homes covering the Northwest and Midlands.

Starting off life as an apprentice negotiator, he then rose through the ranks to the position of regional sales manager before making the switch to branch manager, now heading up the experienced and local team that the Alsager office of Stephenson Browne boasts.

He said: "Alsager is a wonderful town with a great community and a good variety of property from £75,000 up to £950,000 and beyond to suit all ages and markets.

"The sales market is very buoyant in the area, backed up by the successful sales month in August especially given the holiday period. I've heard great things from current clients already and we've been nominated for the ESTAS again which is wonderful."

Outside of work, Sam is an avid Liverpool football club fan and also loves live music, attending festivals and concerts.

Craig Whitney, Stephenson Browne's sales director said: "Sam is someone whose career we have kept a keen eye on for several years and I am now delighted that he is part of the Stephenson Browne team.

"The Alsager office has been market leader in ST7 for well over 10 years and with Sam now at the helm, we are confident in the branch's further success."

Alsager Nub News told here how the team, based in Crewe Road, performed outstandingly throughout the extensive ESTAS judging period which focused on customer service levels.

Only agents who go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the prestigious accolade.

Stephenson Browne Alsager won 'Best in Postcode ST7' for 2023 and notched up silver winner in the 'Letting Agent Landlord awards 2023' for the West Midlands (Shropshire and Staffordshire) in last year's awards. Fingers crossed for this year's awards.
