Stephenson Browne, Alsager has won two awards at this year's ETSAS.

The team, based in Crewe Road, performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period which focused on customer service levels.

Only agents who go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the prestigious accolade.

Stephenson Browne Alsager has won 'Best in Postcode ST7' for 2023 and notched up silver winner in the 'Letting Agent Landlord awards 2023' for the West Midlands (Shropshire and Staffordshire).

Matthew Bass, Alsager Branch Manager told Nub News: "I'm very proud of the team to yet again be shortlisted for the ESTAS.

"It's testament to their commitment to their roles and it's great for them to be recognised. To walk away with best in post code for ST7 hopefully goes to show why we continue year on year to be market leader.

"We strive to not rest on our laurels, continuing to maintain the high levels of customer service our clients now know we deliver. The team all take so much pride in their work…roll on 2025 awards!"

Sarah Radford, Alsager Lettings Manager said: "As the market leader in the area, winning this award plays a significant part in confirming that the team are performing well and getting it right when endeavouring to provide the best levels of service to both our landlords and our tenants alike.

"We successfully continue to achieve our top-level ranking and it is an office that I take a lot of pleasure in supporting, with a great team behind me."

Craig Whitney, sales director said: "I couldn't be prouder of the Stephenson Browne team this year, whether it be office growth in terms of market share, or increasing our managed lettings portfolio, a lot of what we achieve is largely down to word of mouth in the service we provide.

"I must thank all our clients for the feedback we receive, and for that feedback to then be recognised in the array of awards the offices picked up in 2023 is humbling.

"We go again this year and look forward to continuing to strive to be the best in the business."
