Friday, July 5th

Bod Alsager has an interesting weekend ahead - a celebration for customers with Titanic cask beers at £3.95 a pint! Remember our story here about Bod Alsager winning CAMRA's Conversion to Pub Use award category from a former solicitor's office into its current use?

This weekend from Friday until Sunday they are celebrating with a 'Titanic cask takeover' offering an array of Titanics' finest ales for £3.95!

Looking for a book to chill with? Have you been to Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road? They have a book on almost every subject and some of them are new, especially cookery books.

Fancy some football? Alsager town Football Club aka The Bullets has a friendly against Congleton Town Football Club with a 3 pm kick off at Alsager's Wood Park Stadium.

Meanwhile Pikemere Primary School's PTA has its summer festival with an array of stalls and events from 5 pm until 7pm including music, a bake off and refreshments.

Saturday, July 6th

Rode Hall Farmers Market is on at Scholar Green from 9 am until 1.30 pm with summer produce including fresh fruit, vegetables and cut flowers, olives and feta for seasonal salads and ginger cordial for summer cocktails.

The craft barn will be open with a variety of beautiful artisan goods and Domesday Morris will be performing and the courtyard kitchen will be serving breakfast, brunches and homemade cakes.

Monday, July 8th

Fancy getting fit as well as meeting new friends? Dance teacher, Mark Farrugia is at Alsager Civic with his Strictly Dance Fit classes from 6 pm until 7 pm. Here's a story we wrote about him here
