Hub & Health in Crewe Road is hosting the monthly Journalling Circle at 4pm run by Anna Woolliscroft, founder of Writing with Purpose. It's a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

The monthly sessions offer you 60 minutes to slow down, explore what matters, and discover how journalling can become a reliable tool for clarity, calm, and self-compassion.

Each session follows a gentle structure, such as a warm-up write, a visual exercise, a poem, and guided journalling. Every month brings a new theme, so you'll always experience something fresh.
