Alsager's new Banking Hub has opened with a warm response

A new banking hub at Alsager Civic Alsager's has been opened.
Mayor of Alsager, Councilllor Jane Hearne, who worked in the banking sector, officially cut the ribbon at the new hub inside Alsager Civic today (Wednesday).

Building work to renovate part of Alsager Civic was been done to fit a new banking facility for the town.
The new Banking Hub will be open five days a week from Monday - Friday 9 am until 5 pm and has wheelchair and pram friendly access.

Alsager Banking Hub will be run by Jane and Tim Bootham who run Cheadle Banking Hub as well.
They said: "Lots of people do stuff on line but there's still a big chunk of the population who don't. It's a great facility for the Alsager community."
A banking hub is a shared space where customers can bank across different institutions. Banking hubs allow customers to deposit and withdraw money, pay bills, and check their balances.
