Results are in for the three Alsager names chosen to serve as Cheshire East councillors

The results are in for the three Alsager councillors on Cheshire East.

Two Liberal Democrats and one Labour candidate have been chosen to serve Alsager on Cheshire East Council

Cllr Rod Fletcher has held his place and been re-elected along with fellow Liberal Democrat, Reg Kain and Brian Drake (Labour)

The results are as follows:

Drake, Brian Thomas, Labour 1326 (ELECTED)

Fletcher, Rod Liberal Democrats 1653 (ELECTED)

Kain, Reg Liberal Democrats 1281 (ELECTED)

McCarthy, Richard Giles Green Party, First Choice candidate 653

Robinson, Hilary Jean Green Party 679

Unett, Michael James Labour 1210

Whittaker-Large, Wendy Local Conservatives 1068

Worthington, Sam Mitchell Local Conservatives 845

Turn-out was 32.20 per cent

Alsager didn't have elections for its town council, as just 11 candidates put themselves forward for the 15 seats on Alsager Town Council.
