Opening date for much-loved Alsager pub revealed after three-month revamp

Owners of The Wilbraham Arms, Robinsons Brewery, have announced the long-awaited reopening date of the popular pub.

The Wilbraham Arms has been closed since mid-August, but owners, Robinsons Brewery, say the new-look pub will reopen on Thursday, 4 December.

The three-month long project has seen Robinsons Brewery transform the pub into an impressive food-focused community venue with a greater capacity .

A spokesperson said: "The pub is in mid-refurbishment at present and there's not a corner left untouched. As well as the area for customers to enjoy, the pub is receiving a brand-new kitchen and cellar.

 "The pub is due to re-open with Tina O'Neil leading the team as General Manager.

"Given its December opening, you can expect to find a delicious festive menu on offer with plenty to ignite your appetite. Bookings are due to open soon."
