An Alsager mum-of-three has set up a business with one crystal clear goal – to help others navigate whatever life throws at them.

Becky Cronin wanted to 'make the most of her last year in her 30s' so she set up Oak Tree Avenue.

And the crystal therapist, who has a teenage son and twin toddlers, hopes to pass on her healing and calming powers to others.

The 39-year-old from Poplar Drive, set up her business in January and since then, it's gone from strength to strength.

She said: "I chose the name as I'm very much focused on personal growth and progress.

"Oak tree symbolises wisdom, growth, and strength while avenue is a way of approaching a problem or making progress towards something.

"Since I began trading, and practising as a crystal healing therapist, I've been honoured and privileged to have people confide in me to help them find a solution.

"I've always had a positive mind set and hope to share it with anyone I come into contact with via any means, digitally or personally."

Becky, who first discovered the power of crystals herself during a visit to see her sister in Scotland, has studied counselling and makes crystal healing bracelets to use in her work.

"I've always dipped in and out of counselling but I've also trained in this particular area alongside the crystal healing," she said.

Becky is at the Beauty Boutique in Alsager once a month and hopes to increase this when her two younger children start school.

"I use my time to listen to others and provide a service to support and find the strength within themselves to navigate through anything life throws at them," said Becky.

"I absolutely love meeting people and helping others so this is kind of a win, win for me."
