Panel Beater

Fantastic opportunity to join the Swansway Motor Group at their accident repair centre in Crewe. 

The opportunity

Due to our continued growth and success we are currently looking for a Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Centre, reporting into the Body Shop Manager you will be working as part of a large team responsible for carrying out various external car body repairs. Having the opportunity to work on various makes and models including prestige vehicles you'll have a variety of repairs to do.

  • Panel repair or replacement
  • Ensure health and safety is followed
  • Ensure tools are kept maintained
  • Completion of all job sheets
  • Customer satisfaction of completed jobs
  • Effectively diagnose faults or further repair

More about you

We are looking for 'time served' Panel Beaters that have experience of working to various manufacturers standards. You'll be proactive in your approach and be used to working to high standards. .

You must also be:

  • Flexible team player, able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team during busy periods
  • Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to succeed
  • A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components
  • Must have a valid driving licence

General Assistant

As a general assistant at a Barchester care home in Church Lawton, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. It's because this is such a wide-reaching role that you'll be able to play your own part in creating a warm and homely environment. Caring and empathetic.

Accountant / Semi Senior / Fully Qualified / Part-Qualified or QBE

A fantastic new job opportunity in Alsager for a fully qualified, part-qualified or QBE semi senior accountant that has the experience to take on all aspects of accountancy for a range of clients.

As the Semi Senior Accountant you will have experience within an accountancy practice with the ability to deliver a professional service to clients and can establish and build the personal relationships which are key to the firm's success.

Working as the Semi Senior Accountant you will need to be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and be able to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner. The main responsibilities for this Semi Senior Accountant role include:

  • Accounts preparation for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and private clients to final review / completion using full and incomplete records
  • Managing a diverse range of clients and meeting their needs
  • Liaising with clients; advising them on accounting systems and processes
  • Tax computations
  • Book-keeping activities
  • VAT returns
  • Payroll processing

Warehouse operative

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for warehouse operatives to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Talke Pitts. 

Candidates will have experience of both picking and packing, using a hand scanner, entering data onto the system. The rate of pay is 10.42 per hour, overtime is paid at time and half after 37.5 hour A drug and alcohol test will take place prior to starting work. Shifts are Monday - Friday 12pm

Store management apprentice

As a Store Management Apprentice in retail you'll never be bored. Balancing theory with practical store work, you'll be expected to work hard on this three-year programme.

There's a real family feel at Aldi in Kidsgrove where you would be part of a close-knit team and since there's always loads of support from those around you, ranging from Store Managers to Store Assistants, you'll never feel like you're struggling.

You will need GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 and above (minimum grade C or equivalent) to be able to undertake the apprenticeship.
