Trainee Digital Marketing Executive
Swansway Motor Group is recruiting for a Trainee Digital Marketing Executive to join our central Head Office Marketing team where we support our full dealership network and our head office functions.
This role focuses on the quality of our digital activity; reviewing and implementing social media campaigns and contributing to the design and development of our websites.
Our marketing department is a key function in the success of Swansway Motor Group, the department is fast moving with multiple campaigns running at the same time, we have a real teamwork ethic.
This role reports into our Digital team and you will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team.

Liaison with our agency partners to create content, artwork and technical website changes.
Overseeing content selection and implementation of content on our blog.
Creation and maintenance of website content.

Social media content creation and optimisation across all platforms.

We are looking for psychology graduates, support workers and healthcare assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping service users access the community.
We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.

About you-Essential Experience:
Our client is seeking a support worker to assist him in participating in social activities, both within the home and in the community. This will involve assisting with transfers, eating, drinking and toileting, and working alongside the independent occupational therapist and physiotherapist. Ideally, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and physically active, who enjoys participating in meals out, pop concerts, and is willing to offer occasional sleep-in shifts, when required, which may include overnight stays (nightclubs, weekends away or providing respite to the client's family).
About our client:
Our client is a 24 year old male, that is looking for someone to assist him in accessing the community, and participating in daily activities, both within the home and in the community. The client has cerebral palsy, affecting all four limbs, and is a wheelchair user. Due to the client s mobility difficulties, there are some challenges involved when transferring him in/out of his wheelchair. However, training will be provided. The successful candidate will need to be confident in driving and operating a large wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Successful Candidates will:
- Have access to full Training - including Brain Injury Awareness Training
