Role Responsibilities
In the role of Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in managing and enhancing our customer service efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing informed, responsive, and efficient service to all customers, whether via telephone, email, or walk-in enquiries.
Meeting and greeting customers, qualifying work, and identifying additional needs during vehicle drop-offs.
Continuously seeking customer service improvement opportunities within the aftersales department and sharing feedback with management.
Facilitating the efficient operation of the aftersales department by accurately booking workshop tasks and ensuring effective communication.
Managing customer communication effectively, providing timely updates on repairs, and gaining authorisation for additional work.
About you
We are looking for a Service Advisor who possesses a blend of technical knowledge and stellar customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment.
A flexible team player attitude, with the ability to support the aftersales team during busy periods.
A results-focused mindset, with resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles.
A strong technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and their components.
Experience in upselling products or services, with a valid driving licence.

We are currently recruiting a class 2 bulk delivery driver for an established client in Middlewich.
No assessment required. Regular and ADHOC work
PAYE/Umbrella and LTD payment options both available.

- HGV Class 2 driving

- Day shifts only (no nights out)

NeuroSupport services are currently recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for Alsager with a background of brain Injury and mental health experience to support services users with an acquired brain Injury. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and in enabling people to optimise independence and quality of life.
We are looking for psychology graduates, support workers and healthcare assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping service users access the community.
We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE ,IT IS MANDATORY THAT:
- YOU HAVE UK WORK EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
- YOUR CV CLEARLY SHOWS YOUR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WHICH RELATES TO THE POSITION YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

Weekend work will be alternative weeks/not every week. On occasion (probably once per month) Sleep-in shift (17:00pm 08:00am the next morning)
About you-Essential Experience:
Our client is seeking a support worker to assist him in participating in social activities, both within the home and in the community. This will involve assisting with transfers, eating, drinking and toileting, and working alongside the independent occupational therapist and physiotherapist. Ideally, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and physically active, who enjoys participating in meals out, pop concerts, and is willing to offer occasional sleep-in shifts, when required, which may include overnight stays (nightclubs, weekends away or providing respite to the client's family).
About our client:
Our client is a 24 year old male, that is looking for someone to assist him in accessing the community, and participating in daily activities, both within the home and in the community. The client has cerebral palsy, affecting all four limbs, and is a wheelchair user. Due to the client s mobility difficulties, there are some challenges involved when transferring him in/out of his wheelchair. However, training will be provided. The successful candidate will need to be confident in driving and operating a large wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a fork lift truck counterbalance and reach driver to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Alsager.
The role will be working on days at a manufacturing and production site and the successful candidate must have an in date external counterbalance and reach licence and experience is preferred.
The hours of work are days: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Rate of pay is 14 per hour.
