A popular Alsager pub is looking for a new operator following its recent closure.

The Linley Tavern in Talke Road is temporarily closed and owners, Robinson's Brewery, are advertising for a new operator.

A spokesperson said: "It's a community focused pub which shows all the live sport and has an excellent local trade. It's a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step into running a community pub without big upfront costs."
