Alsager pub applies for permission to make changes and create a larger private dining area

The Wilbraham Arms in Alsager has applied for planning permission to make building alterations.
Robinsons Brewery has applied to Cheshire East Council to replace the exisiting dining room at the pubin Sandbach Road North on the northern edge of Alsager.
In a planning application here the brewery says the pub, close to Cherry Lane and the Salt Line public footpath, was fully refurbished in 2010 with the addition of a new entrance loggia.
"The existing private dining room was constructed in 2007 and is need of replacement. This application demonstrates further significant investment to improve on existing facilities for use of the local economy and community. "
The proposal aim to replace an existing extension which currently stands at 63m2. The proposed extension is 83m2 resulting in an additional 20m2 of gross external floor space compared to the existing space.
