Due to high demand, Alsager Pharmacy will not be accepting walk-in vaccinations today.
The pharmacy located at 25 Lawton Road, will only be able to vaccinate those who have booked appointments with the NHS.
A spokesperson for Alsager Pharmacy said: "We are fully booked and operating at full capacity. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
Due to the supply, demand and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine, Alsager Pharmacy are hoping to hold further clinic days on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week from 9am to 5pm.
After holding clinic days yesterday and on Sunday, this has allowed the pharmacy to vaccinate more members of the public, with allocated booking slots, and as a result less of the vaccine has gone to "waste".
The pharmacy is currently only vaccinating the 70+ years category and frontline key workers (emergency services, dental, optician and healthcare staff).
Residents can park at the rear of the pharmacy, and thanks to Wesley Place Church, allocated parking has been made available directly opposite the premises.
