Alsager: Nominate someone to receive a free pick-me-up pack from the Co-op for Mental Health Week

Do you know someone who deserves a pick-me-up? 

Co-op want to help support friends and neighbours in your community to 

help raise awareness on the importance of mental health. The Co-op is 

offering to send free pick-me-up packs to people in Sandbach in support of 

Mental Health Awareness Week (9–15 May).  

Share the love and nominate someone for a free pick-me-up 

pack containing Fairtrade chocolate, a candle, mindfulness 

journal and a seed card that can be planted.  

To nominate a friend or family member to receive a free pick-me-up pack, 

email [email protected] with their name and address and put Pick-me-up 

pack in the subject line. The closing date for nominations is Tuesday 19 

April.  

Brighten up someone's day by nominating them to receive this thoughtful 

free gift. Show them someone cares and help to make sure no-one feels 

alone. Nominate now while the packs are still available. 

One in four people experiences a mental health problem in any one year. 

That's why Co-op is working with its charity partners, Mind, the Scottish 

Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Inspire to bring communities 

together to improve mental health and wellbeing.
