Freezing temperatures and falling snow have produced a flurry of snowy scenes in and around Alsager.

The Trent and Mersey Canal at Rode Heath froze over and making the area hit the national news.

In Alsager itself, The Mere froze over causing all sorts of issues and fun for local wildlife.
