Led into Zeppelin play the Civic

This long-awaited gig will go ahead on Saturday 2nd December when Led into Zeppelin, the UK's premier tribute to the mighty Led Zeppelin hits town, ably supported by The John Angus band, top original blues rockers fresh from touring the UK and Ireland.

Led into Zeppelin are established as a favourite among UK Led Zeppelin fans and deliver a truly authentic tribute both visually and sound for all to enjoy, performing all the big songs that everyone expects in their remarkable show. Their shows include major theatres and rock venues along with large tribute festivals where they play to over 5000 fans.

Supporting Led into Zeppelin is one of the UK's most respected original blues rock bands. John Angus who fronts his band of six superb musicians perform on main stages at major rock and blues festivals and they wow their audiences with foot tapping catchy blues rock tunes. They will be showcasing their new album and back catalogue of songs that get regular play on Planet Rock and chart in the IBBA blues Charts. John Recorded at Sun Studios Memphis and at home with his band whose influences include bands like Led Zeppelin, Rory Gallagher to ZZ Top. John has played Alsager Civic before when he fronted a Led Zeppelin tribute band to a packed house and is delighted to be returning with a Top tribute and his own band. Doors open at 7pm and the first band will start at 7.30pm.
