Small nature-based wellbeing sessions, designed to provide a gentle, accessible space for people to slow down and spend time outdoors.

The sessions are:
• Calm and low-pressure
• Focused on sitting in nature with invitation to guided nature based prompts to support noticing the environment and grounding
• Optional short, slow walks
• Suitable for adults, carers, and anyone who may benefit from taking some time out to support their wellbeing
•Non-clinical and not therapy-based
Dates are regularly released, and places are limited to keep the groups small and manageable.
