Life moves fast. These monthly sessions offer you 60 minutes to slow down, explore what matters, and discover how journalling can become a reliable tool for clarity, calm, and self-compassion.
Each session follows a gentle structure, such as a warm-up write, a visual exercise, a poem, and guided journalling. Every month brings a new theme, so you'll always experience something fresh. Whether you're brand new to journalling or have been filling notebooks for years, you're welcome here.
Most people gain insight into themselves and their lives during the very first exercise.
May's theme: gratitude & abundance
We'll consider the blooming season, gratitude vs granted, and sustainability in a fragmented and challenging world.
