It's a busy weekend ahead with a coffee morning, litter pick, fire station open day and quiz and BBQ.

Friday, August 18th    

The three-day Just So Festival is on at Rode Hall, Scholar Green with an array of activities and fun taking place.

Fancy a good book to curl up with? Have you been to Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road?

Here's a story about it here It's open from 10 am until 2 pm.

At The Mere Inn, the band 'Just Pretending' will be playing at 8:30pm.

At The Wilbraham Arms, the Small Horse and the Plan, a duo are playing from 8.30pm.

Saturday, August 19th 

It's the Olive & Stitch Market at Alsager Civic from open 9.30 am until 1 pm . Artisan crafts and much more on sale.

Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road is open again from 10 am until 2 pm.

Alsager Town Football Club aka The Bullets are away to Stockport Georgians with a 3 pm kick-off.

Alsager Soul Suite is on at Alsager Social Club in Longview Avenue starting at 7.30 pm. Northern soul and Motown music will be playing. The cost if £5 and you pay on the door.

Sunday, August 20th   

Alsager Civic has teamed up with Mrbigzflavours for a bonanza of a day! Food, music and fun is on the menu at this event which takes place from 11 am until 6 pm.

Alsager Bridge Club will be meeting at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue from 6.30 pm until 10 pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere – check this is still on this weekend.
