A Motown evening, a quiz to celebrate Burns and a cycling event - it's all happening in Alsager this weekend.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days: Friday January 28th Hot on the heels of its Meat Loaf event, Alsager 13 club has another night not to be missed. Remember the Four Tops, Smokey Robinson and the Temptations? The club in Cedar Avenue has another top event. Griff's Soulful Sounds will be at the club with a Motown and Soul Night on Friday. Doors open at 7.30 pm and tickets are £5. Saturday January 29th Burns Night was earlier in the week but Alsager Golf Club is celebrating the Scottish bard on Saturday instead. There's a quiz plus a cash prizes on the bingo and some Scottish snacks to go with the drinks. The fun starts at 8pm at the golf course in Linley Lane. Sunday January 30th Alsager Leisure Centre has Everybody Inclusive cycling sessions for children who might find cycling on a two wheeled bike more challenging. Everybody has a range of adapted bikes to support disabled children to learn basic cycling skills or just have some fun. Helmets are provided but you're welcome to bring your own. The fun starts at 1.30 pm.
