You'll be spoilt for choice this weekend in Alsager as there's comedy, a weekly boot camp, an artisan market, footie and live music.

here.and press the black 'Nub It' button to get started. Here are our top event picks for the coming days: Friday March 18th You've heard of boot camps for adults well now there's one for puppies! Wilderness Walks have a puppy and beginner boot camp at Scholar Green village hall at 6.30pm. Learn basic obedience and lead work over a six week course. It is open to all breeds and ages. At Alsager Social Club Shady Groove play a gig while there's a comedy night at Alsager Civic. Tom Wrigglesworth, Louise Young, Liam Farrelly and MC Rob Riley are set to delight the audience. The doors and bar open at 6.30pm and acts start at 8pm. Tickets are £10 in advance and £12 on the door. Saturday March 19th Feeling a bit jaded and wanting to get fit? Wild Bootcamp in The Woods is a great way to get moving in the outdoors. The Whirligig Wild Boot camp takes in School Wood, Scholar Green is a circuit-style fitness group for those who want to exercise in fresh air with a friendly group. The boot camp was featured recently by Alsager Nub News here. At Alsager Civic, the Olive & Stitch Market market on from 9.30am-1pm with over 25 stalls. The event features locally made gift stalls and entry is free with free parking nearby. Alsager Town FC are at home to Stafford Town. Kick-off is 3pm. Sunday March 20th Alsager Leisure Centre in Hassall Road has Everybody inclusive cycling sessions are for children who might find cycling on a two wheeled bike more challenging. This takes place from 1.30pm until 2.15pm. Helmets are provided but you can take your own if you prefer. Alsager Bridge Club is at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue, meeting from 6.30pm until 10pm. If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere. At Bank Corner, The Dans are playing from 6:30pm to bring the weekend to a chilled close.
