Owners of the Royal Oak pub in Rode Heath have revealed the pub is reopening in April - a year after they took it over.

The Brownlow Inn in Brownlow Heath near Sandbach announced last April that they had bought the pub, which had been on the market for a while as we revealed here

Now they have said that they will be reopening the Sandbach Road pub in April and they are looking for staff.

The Royal Oak said on Social Media: "The Royal Oak in Rode Heath will be opening in April, offering a combination of great drinks and fantastic food.

"We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A Royal Oak Bartender must be readily available to work mid-week and weekends.

"Please send your CV's through to [email protected]."

A Facebook page was set up for the Royal Oak last year here and a new logo for the pub unveiled.

Designs showing the revamp have also been shared on The Royal Oak Facebook page.
