Staff at an Alsager estate agency are celebrating – after clinching a top award for their amazing work.

The Alsager office of Stephenson Browne has won Best Estate Agent – Stoke-on-Trent (North), in the British Property Awards.

And not only that, one of their employees, sales manager, Margaret Caddy, has been nominated for the People's Award in the ESTA awards.

The British Property Awards provide a chance to compare the service which they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competitors.

A Stephenson Browne spokesperson said: "The Alsager team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period which focused on customer service levels."

Matthew Bass, Branch Manager of the Alsager office praised his staff.

"It's great that the team, who all individually work so hard, are getting acknowledged by an independent awarding body, just by doing what they do best – being themselves and doing right by their clients.

"I couldn't be prouder - the first of many I'm sure."

Stephenson Browne's Sales Director, Craig Whitney, heaped praise on the Alsager office but also said other offices were performing well.

"It is a great achievement, when you look at the Congleton office which only opened its doors this year, the Newcastle office which is going from strength to strength and the incredibly hard working, market leading team in Alsager," he said.

"Each individual deserves an enormous amount of credit. Next year though, we're going for five out of five and I know our equally hardworking teams in Crewe and Sandbach will be doing everything they can to claim their BPA."

Stephenson Browne also has a companywide nomination for a standard of excellence at the ESTA awards.
