Martin Hancock, owner of The Window Repair Centre, launched the business in the Staffordshire Moorlands town of Cheadle back in June 2005.

Now the fast-growing business, which has branches in Alsager, Cheadle ,Fenton and Newcastle-under-Lyme and has built up an enviable following, is celebrating a number of accolades.

A member of the Which Trusted Trader, the business has a 4.9 Google rating and has thanked customers for their on-going support.

The company now employs over 30 people locally.

"We have an excellent client base and customers come back to us year after year. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer support and service.

"It's thanks to our customers that we have built the business we have and we value their support. No job is too big or too small. Just give us a call."

The company, which has a showroom in Alsager, regularly gives to charity and over the last five years has donated more than £25,000 to the cancer charity, Macmillan.

"Everyone knows someone who has had or has cancer," said Martin. "That's why we donate so much. It's such an important charity."

Martin, who went to school in Alsager and still lives there, wants to pass on his extensive knowledge and that of his staff to customers to ensure that they get the very best service.

"Windows are the eyes into your house. They can change so much about your home, not only in energy efficiency but how your home looks," said Martin in a previous article.

The business is renowned for its windows, doors and conservatory service but a new side has been added – lightweight tiled roofs to conservatories already in situ.

To this end, a new Conservatory showroom has been built at the back of their Cheshire showroom in Crewe Road, Alsager.

The lightweight tiled roofing system used by The Window Repair Centre for conservatories has been tested by structural engineers and uses high performance materials.

Martin added: "With a range of tiles to choose from, your new conservatory roof will add value and blend seamlessly with the rest of your property, transforming your old conservatory into a beautiful extension of your home."
