Thursday, 16 July

The Linley Tavern has it's weekly quiz night at 8pm. £1 to play!

The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue has its weekly Jazz Club with saxophonist Chris Gumbley and top trumpet Ray Butcher joining forces to celebrate the music of the Cannonball Adderley Quintet. Alsager Jazz Club runs from 8 pm until 10 pm. It's £10 on the door.

The Lawton Arms in Church Lawton has its Thursday poker night from 8 pm until 11 pm. All welcome!

Alsager Animals in Need has its monthly coffee morning at Alsager Civic from 9.30 am until 11.30 am with a 50 p entrance fee.

Clothes, books, jewellery, bric-a-brac, plants, pet items, home-made cakes and a raffle/tombola. There will be tea, coffee and squash available. Donations, cat food and volunteers always welcome.

In the evening, The Thirteen Club has a Rod Stewart tribute night. Tickets are £8 members and £10 guests.

Sing along to classics including Maggie May, Sailing, Do Ya Think I'm Sexy? and Tonight's The Night, performed by one of the UK's top tribute acts.

Alsager Golf Club Linley has Josh a male vocalist back by popular demand at 8 pm. Members £5, non-members £8.
