British TikToker, Luke Hamnett, is famous for creating the comedic character, Matthew's Mum, where Luke acts as as a mother interacting with her son Matthew.

The popular character has earned Luke, who studied drama at Wrexham University, 1.2 million followers and over 117 million likes on the platform.

But what many people don't realise is the talented comedian went to Alsager School and his dad Dave Hamnett lives in nearby Talke.

Dave was glued to the TV on Monday night (26 October) when his son joined GK Barry and Kate Lawler to present the Halloween-week edition of Big Brother.

Dave said: "I live in Talke and Luke attended Alsager School. Luke appeared on Big Brother at 10 pm on Monday night."

The proud dad often shares clips about his famous son on Social Media and comments on his son's Facebook page following his appearance on Big Brother appear to want the comedian and Tik Toker to join the Big Brother house.

One fan said: "I only watched it to see you. You're hilarious - well done! You're going to get snapped up for TV work" while another said: "Luke you were the best guest they've had on there. Brilliant."
