We are seeking a part-time graphic designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual communication principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, banner, marketing presentations, social media content, and presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs remain fresh, innovative, and relevant.

Requirements:

1+ year of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.

As a draughtsman, you will be responsible for the design of our client's products working to customer specifications.

The salary is £30,00-£35,000 per annum

Working at BAE Systems, Radway Green with a salary of £45,075 (3 shift premium),you will be workig as part of a manufacturing team, setting and operating manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets.

Reacting to and resolving immediate mechanical breakdowns, ensuring safe and quality production using SPC and following written SOP (Standard operating procedures) and RA (Risk Assessments).

Your skills and experience:

Essential:Time served - 3-4 Year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship, served in a relevant Engineering industry

Experience in a Mechanical Engineering field, ideally within a medium - high volume manufacturing environment

Ability to work a 3-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am. Early finish on Fridays)

Desirable:Experience with operating and/or maintenance of Power Presses or experience in automated assembly equipmentHolding an up-to-date power press safety qualification

Basic understanding of statistical process control
