A new restaurant opening in the former Caster's building in Alsager Lawton Road has applied for a premises licence.

Awais Bukhari from Bosphorus Dining has applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence to provide the following:

• Live Music – Monday – Sunday – 08:00 – 23:00
• Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol – Sunday – Thursday - 08:00 – 01:00, Friday – Saturday – 08:00 – 02:00
• Late Night Refreshment – Sunday – Thursday – 23:00 – 01:00, Friday – Saturday – 23:00 – 02:00

Residents have until July 11th to make representations in writing to The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL or by email to: [email protected]
