A new café bar is set to sail into Alsager next month - Burslem-based Titanic Brewery's seventh Bod Café Bar.

A former solicitor's office in Crewe Road opposite the B'Hoys Community Gardens is being converted into the café bar.

And around 20 jobs are set to be created when the trendy new business opens its doors in the second half of August.

Staffordshire-based Titanic Brewery has spent around £300,000 converting the landmark building into the new premises.

David Robinson-Smith, Titanic Brewery's marketing manager said: "Every site is different but we use the same branding, creatives and style cues in all.

"Alsager will be our 7th Bod café bar and we're looking forward to it opening."

Alsager Nub News told in June last year https://alsager.nub.news/news/local-news/alsager-town-centre-could-have-new-cafa-bar-at-former-solicitors-offices how plans had been submitted for the café bar.

Bod Cafe Bars aim 'to generate a relaxing and comfortable environment where all the local community can come together, meet and socialise'.

Alsager Bod Café follows hot on the heels of the company's opening of its Matlock one which opened in February.

Like the Matlock one, Alsager Bod Café will ooze heritage and is in walking distance of the town centre.
